"Good quality item at a reasonable price. I would make one change to the design
Where the knife body meets the tang, it is oval in shape, which can’t be replicated on the lathe and must be finished by hand.
I would have a round section where the tang meets the knife body so that it would be easy and more pleasing to the eye, and which could be finished on the lathe"

"A good quality insert. I inserted into a hand-carved handle (to match an accompanying cheese board). I drilled a 7mm hole and used 2-part epoxy to secure the blade and handle.It made a great gift"
