Product Description

The Chattertool creates random decorative patterns on end grain only.
That makes it ideal for box lids and jewellery.
Each pattern created is unique as it is determined by the shape of the cutter, the speed of the lathe, the length of protrusion of the blade, and the type of wood.
Because of the random nature of these decorations they are unrepeatable unless exactly the same conditions exist.
The Chattertool comes in two versions.
This set includes two double ended cutters and a tear drop cutter which converts the Chattertool to a handy and versatile scraper.
