• They are also an essential part of any green woodworkers tool kit and are frequently used to produce chair legs and spindles.
• Available in two forms - flat and bent.
• The bent form can be much more aggressive and gives more flexibility on a flat surface.
• Designed for shaping wood and removing bark.
• A simple tool which can be used either aggressively for rapid stock removal or in a very delicate manner to give a fine finish.
