TurnMaster Excelsior Round Cutter (RSTM-GT1)

• Titanium Nitride bonded onto quality High Speed Steel, provides the same advantages as HSS whilst enhancing the cutting life of the tool tip.
• Use the same traditional sharpening equipment used for HSS.
• Sharpens to 0.12-0.2 microns.
• Harness of coating up to 85RC.
• Material is Titanium Nitride on M2 HSS.
• Better used for internal waste removal, shaping and finishing.
• Can be sharpening using modern sharpening machines such as ProEdge and bench grinders.
